Can you customize the hardware (CPU, RAM, ROM, screen, battery, interfaces)?
Yes, you are free to customize the CPU, RAM and ROM, and screen resolution. We also can recommend the full tablet specifications for you based on how you would like to use the tablets.
Do you provide ODM/OEM Service?
Yes, we do provide the professional ODM/OEM support, please share more details about the application scenario, specification requirements and project demands.
Can you preload our software, apps, or firmware?
Yes, we do preload when the mass production, and do the finished product testing to make sure the smooth operation in hardware and firmware.
Do you provide software or Android SDK with hardware?
We provide SDK with the purchase of hardware. You can take the function that you need from the SDK to integrate or create your own application.
Can you assist with integration testing between hardware and our software?
Yes, we can assist to integrate your software to the hardware device when the mass production, and do the finished product testing to make sure the smooth operation in hardware and software.
Can you provide the prototype sample?
Yes, in principle we can provide prototype samples before bulk order. For customize your prototype samples, please contact our sales for schedule planning.
What customization support you can offer?
We can do the Hardware Design in Module, PCBA, PCB layout, PCBA debugging,and
Firmware Debugging in Drive, UI Customization, Boot LOGO and Pre-installed applications for ODM Support.
Meanwhile, the LOGO on the tablet Shell cover and packing box for OEM Support.
Can we sign NDA?
Yes, we can sign NDA before the all project details communication.
What is the lead time?
For standard in-stock product, it will be delivered around 2 weeks for small volume. The volume order will take around 45 days for production and shipment delivery after PO received. Please contact us for precise schedule planning.
What certifications do your tablets meet (CE, FCC, TELEC)?
Qualified in CE, FCC, TELEC (New application required if it needs to be under your company name).
Do you guarantee long-term supply of the same model?
Yes, we do gurantee that for your stable product line. The stable or new model will be recommended based on your product demand. The alternative product solutions will be recommended in advance for you have enough time to adjust and update to the markets.
How long does it take for samples to arrive to my country?
Express Courier door-to-door air shipment takes 3-8 business days, depends on where you are located.
What shipping methods do you offer (air, sea, DDP, express)?
The shipment by air/sea/express can be supported, depends on your expected lead time. EXW/FOB/CIF Terms can be offered.
How to buy your product?
After knowing the product demands and requirements from your inquiry, we will give you the full specifications and product solution for your confirmation. After that, the samples will be arranged for your testing and evalation for production production.
How much is the price?
Product price may vary from the tablet hardware specifications and quantity of your order. Please share with us your project information and status. We will support you with quotation that best fits your requirements.
Do you support multi-country shipments?
Yes, we support to ship in batches to addresses in different destination countries.
What is your warranty service and return policy?
The standard warranty is one-year for device. However, an optional 2-year warranty or more can be extended if the customer requires. For necessary return shipment, each one bears the local shipping cost.
What is the MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity) for standard models and for custom models?
The MOQ is 10pcs for the available stock. The MOQ is 500pcs for the standard models. The MOQ is 1000pcs for custom models mass production(depends on the hardware specifications and terms).
Can you speed up production for urgent projects?
Yes, we can. Many understand the urgent delivery and lead time for your seasoned markets or product launching plan. We can place a pre-order to get the key materials arranged to speed up the whole lead time, which we would like to do, especially for the long-term cooperative partners.
